FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS $45 & ABOVE. JUST USE THE CODE 'FREESHIPPING' AT THE CHECKOUT. 

All orders are custom made items that will take approximately 10-15 business days. The shipping and delivery time does not include the production time. Orders will be shipped in full once your custom made item is ready.  If your order was completed after 12:00 pm AEST on weekdays then your order will not be processed until the following day. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be posted the next business day. 

Please be aware that shipping may occasionally take longer due to errors with the postal service, weather and other circumstances out of our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated time please contact us so we can try to resolve the situation.

Please Note: All prices are in AUD. 

DOMESTIC/AUSTRALIA SHIPPING

Shipping within Australia is by Australia Post (signature on delivery). Delivery will take 2-5 days depending on your state. Each item posted comes with a tracking number. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping outside of Australia will be with Australia Post. Please allow 6-15 business days for your parcel to arrive. Should your package not arrive within this time frame, contact us.

IMPORT DUTY TAX

Overseas items will have a custom form attached with a description of your item and cost. Depending on the laws of your country you may be charged an import duty or tax if you goods are over a certain value. Please note, this is nothing to do with Aubella or the postal charge (your shipping charge is paid in full according to Australia Post). This is another 3rd party charge which is arranged by your country’s government. You will be responsible for all Import duties as we are unable to advise if you will be charged or of what cost as each case will vary.

LOST ITEMS

Aubella is not responsible for items that go missing within Australia and internationally. If an item does go missing, which is a very rare occurrence, Aubella will lodge an investigation with the specific postal service and attempt to track it's location. Aubella is also not responsible for an address that is entered incorrectly. Please ensure you check all entered information at checkout.
