FAQ

Aubella is not manufactured or produced by a machine. Instead, each piece is handmade with meticulous detail and care. As each item is individually crafted to be custom to your fit, they may have natural elements including marks and characteristics from Aubella's tools, craftsmanship and soldering techniques. There may be a slight variation from ring to ring as they are handmade, however we strive to provide you with a close-to-perfect replication. Nonetheless, this gives each piece a uniqueness and will not effect the quality of your ring. 

How do I find my ring size? 

To get the best fit for your ring, please visit your local jewellers/jewellery shop and have your ring size measured. This is the preferred way to find your ring size as it is more accurate and precise. However these are a few options:

Option 1:

Measure the Diameter of a ring you already own.

Note: We list both the US (number) and UK/AU (letter) sizes in our size options. Please do not get confused when you see both next to each other (they are equivalent).

Please Note: I use Australia Post Prices. I do not make a profit from postage. 

Can I return an item? / Refund/Exchange Policy

If you receive your ring and discover your item is faulty/damaged during post, please contact me ASAP so I can fix the damage as quickly as possible and if need be - make the Postal Service aware. I will only begin to resolve the problem once the ring has been returned to me. I will assess the fault and endeavour to fix any minor faults. The ring must be unworn. 

If you have purchased the wrong size, unfortunately I am unable to offer a refund or accept a return if you change your mind. However if you have been sent the wrong size by accident, contact me ASAP. If you have given me the wrong size, I am unable to refund your purchase. This is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and therefore your responsibility to give me the correct size. 

To return items please email info@aubella.com.au and provide us with your name, order number and reason for refund or change. You will then be issued an address, and it will be your responsibility to return the parcel to AUBELLA at your cost. All items will be checked to make sure your item is in good condition. Refund/Change can be denied if our requirements are not met. The customer is liable for the item until it is received back by AUBELLA. If for any reason the item is lost in post, AUBELLA is not responsible and will not refund or change. 

*There is no refund on sale items. 

We are not responsible for any broken/damaged ring(s). As much as we hate the thought of our customers receiving damaged goods, once a package leaves our hands, it is beyond our control how they are handled in the post. Please know that we make sure they are wrapped in bubble wrap and secured in their packages before putting them in the post to avoid any damage. However if for some reason they arrive looking worse for wear, we are extremely sorry but that circumstance is no longer in our hands. 

How do I Pay?

Payment can be made either by PayPal or Credit Card processed through Stripe. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. No credit card details are retained by Aubella. 

Item Availability

We will endeavour to make sure all items displayed for purchase are in stock. However as stock quantities may not update in real time items may be sold out at the time of purchase. If a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.
